RESPONSIBILITIES
Identifying and acquiring new clients
Expand Nuvisan Sales
Develop and maintain client relationships
Organize customer appointments, organization and participation in events/conventions; set up client meeting, roadshows etc. to effectively promote Nuvisan
Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline
Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business
Create convincing and tailor-made proposals/offers on request from potential customers in coordination with the scientific and proposal specialists
Implement strategies for developing and further enhancing relationships with current and potential clients
Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
QUALIFICATIONS
Education in life sciences (ideally chemistry, pharmacy, biochemistry, biology) or equivalent
Ideally first professional experience in one of the above-mentioned areas of a company, preferably in the field of a Clinical Research Organisation (CRO), but candidate with no former experience will be also considered
Strong personal commitment
High personal initiative and team spirit
Distinct project management, problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong presentation and sales skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Finance and cost analysis knowledge is a plus
Excellent communication skills
Fluent English in speaking and writing is required, additional languages are appreciated
